This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 30.1.2006, by which the respondent no.3 has suspended the licence of fair price shop of the petitioner.

The order impugned is appeallable before the Divisional Commissioner. As the petitioner has approached this Court without exhausting the statutory remedy of appeal, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter.

Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to approach the Appellate Authority.  In case, the petitioner files an appeal along with an application for interim relief, the application for interim relief shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
