HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Janardan Sahai, J

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that a suit under Section 229-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act was decreed on 27.8.2003. The petitioner claims to be affected by the decree. He has filed an application for recall the said decree under Section 229-B/122-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act. The only prayer pressed by the counsel for the petitioner is that the trial court, respondent no.2, be directed to dispose of the application for recall.

Without expressing any opinion upon the merits or maintainability of the petitioner's application, as the petitioner was not party in the suit, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 2 Up Ziladhikari, Lalganj, District Mirzapur to pass appropriate orders upon the application filed by the petitioner expeditiously.
