It is alleged that the petitioner was appointed as Anganbari Sahayika.  She was restrained from discharging her duties since October, 2005 under an oral order passed by respondent no. 3. The petitioner in that regard has already made a representation dated 21.2.2006 which is pending consideration before the Chief Development officer, Chandauli.  Hence this petition.

Without entering into the merits of the claim set up by the petitioner this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned speaking order, preferably within four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
