Heard Sri S.C. Dwivedi learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sarad Malaviya, learned counsel for the caveator committee of management of the institution and learned standing counsel.
Petitioner's grievance is that the work of the institution of which the petitioner is officiating principal is being prejudiced on account of the fact that the institution does not have adequate ministerial and class IV staff. The petitioner has moved a representation to the respondent no. 2 on 5.2.2006.
This application of the petitioner may be treated as representation and the respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months by way of a speaking order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
