HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Umeshwar Pandey, J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has challenged the order dated 25.2.2006 passed by the trial court whereby it has issued notice to the defendants respondents on a temporary injunction matter and has fixed 10.3.2006 for disposal. The petitioner in-stead of waiting till tomorrow has jumped to this court against that order. There is nothing in the order passed by the court below which can be said to have an error procedural or otherwise while directing issue of notice on temporary injunction which has to be decided by the trial court itself. This court in extra ordinary jurisdiction will not interfere into that matter.

The petition having no force is hereby dismissed.
