In exercise of power under Regulation 525 of the U.P. Police Regulation the petitioner was transfer from Civil Police to Armed Police for a period of two years, commencing from 3.6.2005. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the prescribed period of two years, has already expired the respondents have not passed any further orders reverting the petitioner to Civil Police the petitioner in that regard has approached the authority concerned by means of a representation enclosed as Annexure No. 2 to the writ petition.
In the facts and circumstances of the case the writ petition is disposed of finally with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3 ventilating all his grievances, along with a certified copy of this order within two weeks from today.
On such a representation being filed the respondent no. 3 shall call for the records and shall pass a reasoned speaking order strictly in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of representation is so filed.
