Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. He has not been put up for identification. The applicant and other co-accused persons were arrested by the police on 14.3.2005 and from their possession stolen property were recovered. It is said that from the possession of the applicant 9 rings were recovered and from the possession of the co-accused Ajab Singh stolen rings having the weight of 18 grams were recovered. He has been released on bail by this court on 2.2.2006 in Crl Misc Bail Application No. 11636 of 2005. The applicant is also entitle for bail because the case of the applicant is on the same footing with the case of the co-accused..
Let the applicant Sashdev alias Sudhir involved in Case Crime No. 56 of 2005 , under Sections 395, 397 and 412 I.P.C. Police Station Rajpura , District Budaun be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
