This is a writ petition  for a direction to the respondents to give compensation for the death of petitioner's daughter  due to electrocution.

We have heard  the  counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.D. Khare for the   respondents.

The petitioner may, if so advised, file a  suit or take appropriate  proceedings under section 161 of The Electricity Act, 2003.

With these observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
