This is a writ petition for a direction to the respondents  to permanently disconnect the electricity connection of the petitioner.

According to the petitioner he has already moved  a representation dated 21.2.2006 before respondent no.3. As it has not been decided,  he has filed the present writ petition.

     We have heard counsel for the petitioner, the Standing Counsel and Sri W.H. Khan for the respondents.

In the circumstances of the case,it would be appropriate that the petitioner's  representation dated 21.2.2006 may be decided  by the concerned  respondent by a reasoned order at an early date,  if possible, within one month  from the date of receipt of certified copy of  this order. The petitioner along with certified copy of  this order will  also file a copy of  his aforesaid  representation, other  necessary  documents and a duly stamped self addressed envelope. The concerned   authority   after taking decision will  communicate the same to the petitioner.

With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
