HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. Sunil Ambwani, J.

This appeal filed in the year 1976 was adjourned on the request of counsel for the appellant on 06.2.2004, 13.2.2004, 25.2.2004, 4.3.2004 and thereafter on 28.4.2004 when the records were summoned.   The Officer Incharge Record Room, Judge's Court, Bareilly has sent an information to the Deputy Registrar, High Court that the record of this Court was burnt in a fire incident.   The report of the Asstt. Record Keeper has been annexed.

When the matter was called out in the revised list, no one appears for either of the parties.   I do not find it appropriate to adjourn the case any further.  The second appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
