It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that even upon the prosecution version the applicant was not arrested on the spot and no stolen property are any other articles were recovered from the possession of the applicant. It is case of no injury.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Subhash involved in Case Crime No. 277 of 2005, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414, 34 and 307 I.P.C., Police Station Hastinapur , District Meeerut be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two heavy sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
