Shri R.D.Tewari has been heard on behalf of the respondents.
Petitioner alleges that he has not been awarded marks in the written examination for selection on the post of Constable in accordance with the merit of the answer given by the petitioner. He, therefore, seeks reconsideration of his claim. Hence this petition.
In the opinion of the Court interest of justice would be served if the petitioner is granted liberty to make a representation ventilating all his grievances before respondent no. 2 within three weeks along with a certified copy of this order.
On such a representation being made respondent no. 2 shall call for the records and shall pass a reasoned speaking order strictly in accordance with law, preferably within six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
Writ petition is disposed of.
