Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In this petition, the petitioners have made a prayer that they be allowed to use funds issued by the World Bank for construction of school building.

Learned counsel for the respondents and learned standing counsel inform the Court that the building of the school has already been built up. No cause of action survives in this matter.

The writ petition has become infructuous, which is hereby dismissed. Interim order, if any, is vacated.
