Ram Narayan & Others v. State Of U.P. & Another - APPLICATION U/s 482 No. 2106 of 2006 RD-AH 6167 (21 March 2006)
Heard Sri Sheo Ram Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. and Sri Deepak Singh, learned counsel for opposite party No. 2.
It appears that opposite party No.2 filed an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C before the Magistrate which was dismissed. Against the said order the revision was filed by opposite party No.2. The said revision was allowed and the Magistrate was directed to re-consider the matter. Now the writ petition has been filed by the Munshil Lal and others, petitioners, against whom no order has been passed as yet either by the Magistrate or by the revisional court. Therefore, they have no locus standi to file the writ petition which is dismissed as not maintenance.
