Hon'ble Sunil Ambwani, J.

In this Second Appeal filed in the year 1975, both learned counsels for the appellant and respondent were elevated to the Bench and since retired. Notices sent to the parties to engage another counsel have returned unserved. With regard to respondent nos. 1, 2/1 and 2/3,  the office reports that the postal remark is that the addressee has since died.

The parties have not cared to engage counsels or to file substitution application. The Second Appeal is dismissed as having abated long ago.
