HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

HON'BLE UMESHWAR PANDEY, J.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

On petitioner's application for temporary injunction, the trial court issued notices and fixed a date for disposal against which the petitioner went in revision before the District Judge which was not at all maintainable. In this view, the revision was dismissed in limine. Obviously, if notices have been issued on temporary injunction matter, no writ petition appears to be justifiable in the present case.

He petition, having no force, is hereby dismissed.
