Maiyadin Pal v. District Judge-I, Banda And Others - WRIT - C No. 15659 of 2006 RD-AH 6313 (22 March 2006)
HON'BLE UMESHWAR PANDEY, J.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
By this petition the orders of the trial court as well as the appellate court have been challenged, whereby the courts below have rejected the petitioner-plaintiff's application for interim injunction.
Since the application for such interim injunction has been rejected by both the courts below, there is obviously no occasion for filing the writ petition before this Court for further reconsideration of the merits of the matter.
As such, the writ petition does not appear to have any force and is hereby dismissed.
It is, however, observed that the suit pending before the trial court shall be taken up for expeditious disposal. Unnecessary adjournment by either of the parties shall be avoided.
