Learned standing counsel has filed affidavit of                       Sri D.K.Chaudhary, Revenue Officer/ Assistant Collector Ist Class, Mainpuri. Learned standing counsel has also shown the original records of the case. In the original records of the case, the certified copy of second order dated 3.2.2005 (which is a forged order) contains the name of Sri R.B.Singh, Advocate on the folio. Learned standing counsel is directed to supply a Photostat copy of the complete certified copy of the said order which is available in the file of Revenue Officer to be placed in this file. Similar Photostat copies shall also be supplied to Sri A.K.Mukherjee, O.S.D (Classification), High Court, Allahabad who is conducting an enquiry into the matter.

From the affidavit of Revenue Officer filed today, it is clear that the certified copy of the forged order was directly filed by the petitioner before Revenue Officer and it was not received through post as stated by the applicant Nand Kishore before the Enquiry Officer.

Let a copy of this order be given to Enquiry Officer, Sri A.K.Mukherjee, OSD (Classification) also by the office by tomorrow. Enquiry Officer / Registrar General is directed to keep the court informed about progress of the inquiry. The Revenue Officer is directed to decide the matter as early as possible in the light of the order-dated 1.2.2005.

Application is disposed of.
