Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in the present case the applicant was released on bail under Sections 302, 201, 364,, 420 and 406 I.P.C. by this court, but subsequently under Section 147, 148 and 34 have been added .
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Shakir Ali Khan alias Munna Khan involved in Case Crime No. 110 of 2005, under Sections 147, 148 and 34 I.P.C., Police Station Gaglehedi , District Saharanpur be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
