Proceedings under Section 122-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act were initiated against the petitioner in respect of Gaon Sabha plot no. 539/1, which is a rasta. The petitioner claims to be tenure holder of plot no. 540. He filed objections and alleged that one Lallu has taken possession of portion of petitioner's land of plot no.540 as well as of the rasta. The finding on the basis of the statement of the Lekhpal is that the petitioner has made encroachment on the Gaon Sabha plot.  The finding is one fact. No ground for interference has been made out. Dismissed.
