Although nearly three years have passed, the steps have not been taken to serve private respondent nos.2 to 34 even though an exparte interim order have been granted in favour of the petitioner. Today no one is present on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ petition.

This writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. The interim order dated 13.5.2003 shall stand discharged.
