Smt. Jai Shree Jaiswal v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - C No. 16346 of 2006 RD-AH 6805 (28 March 2006)
Hon'ble Dr. B.S. Chauhan, J.
Hon'ble Dilip Gupta, J.
The sole prayer urged before us by Shri Rahul Sripat, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the State Government on 07.02.2005, which fact had also been noticed by us while deciding the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner, should be decided expeditiously.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel has stated that the appeal filed by the petitioner shall be disposed of expeditiously by the State Government.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Standing Counsel, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the State Government on 07.02.2005 shall be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned.
