We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. and perused the record, including F.I.R.
The F.I.R. discloses the commission of cognizable offence. Hence, no interference is called for.
The petition is dismissed. However, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that in the event of surrender by the petitioner or her appearance in the court, her prayer for bail shall be considered expeditiously in accordance with law. She may surrender in the court by 17.4.2006. Till then, her arrest shall remain stayed in case crime no. 68/06, under Section 363/366 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali, Jalaun, District Jalaun.
A certified copy of this order shall be issued to the learned counsel for the petitioner within 48 hours on payment of usual charges.
