Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is already a stay order passed by the Board of Revenue in favour of the petitioner on 25.7.2005 which has been extended by order dated 31.1.2006. The prayer made in the writ petition is for a mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to obey and comply with the stay orders dated 25.7.2005 and 31.1.2005 passed by the Board of Revenue in revision no. 122 of 2004-05. This court is not an executing court.  No ground for interference has been made out in writ petition.  If the  orders of the Board of Revenue are not being complied with, it is open to him to file contempt application or to take any other appropriate remedy.
