This writ petition was dismissed in default on 16.9.2003. The petitioner filed an application to recall this order alongwith delay condonation application. Cause shown is sufficient. The delay in filing application is condoned. The order dated 16.9.2003 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number on the payment of cost of Rs. 200/- to High Court Legal Services Committee, Allahabad.

List this case before appropriate court in the next cause list. In the meantime, the petitioner may pay the cost. The counsel for the petitioner will produce the certificate before the court showing that the cost has been paid.
