Raghavendra Singh v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - C No. 17941 of 2006 [2006] RD-AH 7058 (31 March 2006)
|
Court No.7
Civil Misc. Writ No. 17941 of 2006
Raghvendra Singh Petitioner
Vs.
State of U.P. and others Respondents.
Hon'ble Rakesh Tiwari, J
Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming himself to be the ex-Pradhan of village Salempur.
It is alleged that respondent no.6 embezzelled a sum of Rs.6, 6,094/- in respect of the construction of the School buildings which has now after enquiry reduced to Rs.5, 1786/-. It is further alleged that buildings of seven Schools have been constructed by respondent no.6 in various villages. Out of seven villages Salempur is one of the village of which the petitioner was Pradhan at the relevant time.
It appears from the impugned order dated 6.1.2006 that respondent no.6 has only done construction of four buildings. It further appears from the impugned order that respondent no.6 has not constructed any building for the school in village of the petitioner. The petitioner is now neither Pradhan of village Salempur nor he has locus-standi as an aggrieved person in the matter.
For the reasons stated above, the writ petition is dismissed.
