Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The petitioner is a Post Graduate in M.Sc. (Zoology) from Chhatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur. He applied for Entrance Examination for admission in B.Ed./B.P.Ed. Courses in pursuance to the advertisement dated 2.7.2005 and appeared in the Entrance Examination and secured 427th rank. Thereafter he appeared in the counselling and was asked to deposit admission fee, which the petitioner has deposited but the respondents returned the bank draft of fee to him stating that certificate of weightage mark is not recognizable and cancelled the admission.
The petitioner has made a representation dated 9.3.2006 in this regard to the authority concerned, which has remained unactioned till date.
The only prayer of the counsel for the petitioner at this stage is that a direction may be issued to the authority concerned to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 9.3.2006 within a time bound frame fixed by this Court.
The counsel for the respondents has no objection to this prayer.
In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the authority concerned to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 9.3.2006 by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of submission of a certified copy of this order.
The petitioner shall file a certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation before the authority concerned within 10 days from today.
