The applicant is involved in Case Crime No. 230 of 2004, under Sections 498A, 304B, 201, 504, 506 I.P.C and ¾ of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Raya, district Mathura.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the prosecution.
The police of Police Station Raya had enquired into the allegations of complainant-informant on the application dated 24.4.2004 addressed to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Mathura. A compromise had allegedly taken place at the police station. The complainant-informant has not denied the compromise but in the subsquent application dated 5.6.2004 addressed to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Mathura, he alleged that the said compromise was entered into between the parties under the pressure of police. There is no reason why the complainant-informant kept mum for about more than a month.
In such circumstgances, it is a fit case for bail.
Let the aplicant Bhagwan Singh be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
