The role of causing injuries on the deceased has been assigned to co-accused, Titoo Kachhi son of Nandram. The role of these accused-applicants are only of cathing hold of deceased. The motive of murder was assigned to Titoo Kanchhi son of Nandram.
In such circumstgances, it is a fit case for bail.
Let the aplicants Gaurav Yadav alias Bhura and Pramod alias Titu be released on bail on their each executing a personal bond and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
