Hon'ble Shiv Shanker,J.
We have gone through the annexure-9 to the writ petition.
Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we are of the view that the concerned F.I.R. should not be interfered with in the present case, particularly on the basis of the guidelines framed by the Supreme Court in the case as reported in AIR 1992 SC 604 (State of Haryana and others Vs. However, upon considering the case of the petitioner we direct that there will be stay of arrest of the petitioner in Case Crime No. 109/2002 and 110/2002 under Sections 3/9 and 3/10 of the Uttar Pradesh Public Examinations ( Prevention of unfair means) Act 1998, Police Station Gouri Bazar,District Deoria, for a period of four weeks from this date, within which if he/they appears/appear or produced before the Court concerned, the bail application/s shall be decided in accordance with law.
Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of.
