The interim order, which was passed on 8.12.05, was made to accommodate the petitioner to appear in the examination of B.Tech, 3rd Semester. According to the complainant, the examination of the petitioner is now over on 23.12.05.
Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the Investigating Officer has filed a charge sheet but possibly the name of the petitioner is not there in the chargesheet. If the name of the petitioner is not there, he will be benefited by the same. In any event, in the copy of the chargesheet, which has been shown to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. We do not find his name therein.
Under the circumstances, we do not interfere in the matter any further.
The writ petition stands dismissed.
The interim order, if any, is vacated.
No order is passed as to costs.
