HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. Dr. B.S. Chauhan, J.

Hon'ble Dilip Gupta, J.

This writ petition has been filed for seeking direction to the respondents that as the petitioners are Contractors, the security bonds must be executed as provided under Section 57 (B) of the Indian Stamp Act whenever they enter into the contract with the respondents.  There are 12 petitioners in this case but no agreement of any kind whatsoever has been filed, and  nor there has been any demand of stamp paper. We fail to understand as to how such a blanket order can be sought from this Court to take care of all the contracts between the parties in future.

The writ petition has been filed without any sense of responsibility and it is accordingly dismissed being totally misconceived.
