We have heard Shri Rajesh Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Pramod Kumar, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 and the learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.5. Learned counsel for the respondents are allowed one month's time to file counter affidavit. The petitioners shall have three weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

Until further orders of this Court, the respondents are restrained from interfering with the working of the petitioners as guide.
