Heard Sri B. N. Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is Doctor but pursuant to the impugned F.I.R. he apprehends his arrest and in case he is confined into jail, he will suffer irreparably.
Under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event the petitioner puts appearance before the Courts below and makes an application for bail in Case Crime No. 87 of 2006 under Sections 279, 338 IPC, P.S. Kakadeo, District Kanpur Nagar, his bail application shall be disposed of as expeditiously as may be convenient in accordance with law.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
