1. This writ petition is against the order dated 25.1.2005 cancelling the licence of fair price shop of the petitioner.

2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner and standing counsel for the respondents. The petitioner may, if he is so advised, file an appeal. He would be at liberty to file an application for condoning the delay in filing the appeal and an application for interim orders.

3. With this observations, the writ petition is dismissed
