Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made a representation for redressal of his grievances which is stated to be still pending.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Standing Counsel learned counsel and Sri Yashwant Verma appearing for the respondents.
We dispose of writ petition with the direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the representation preferred by the petitioner on 5th August, 2005 filed as annexure 6 to the writ petition in accordance with law within one months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with the representation. Till then the recovery of the impugned amount shall remain stayed. However, it is made clear that we have not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
