This is a writ petition for a direction  to the respondents  for allotment of work in pursuance of the tender submitted by the petitioner in response to the advertisement  dated 16.2.2006.

We have heard counsel for the petitioner, the Standing counsel and Sri Samir  Sharma for the respondents.

The petitioner has not been declared  as successful candidate. The petitioner may apply  to the respondent no. 3  for obtaining the details  and in case any application is filed, the respondent no.3  will give  necessary details  to the petitioner within two weeks. Thereafter the petitioner, if so  advised, would be at liberty to take appropriate legal action in the matter.

With these observation the writ petition is dismissed.
