Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Now the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the courts below be directed to expedite the bail application of the petitioner.

Consequently, the writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction that in the event the petitioner puts in his appearance or is produced before the court below and makes an application for his release on bail in Case Crime No. 223 of 2005, under Sections 420, 406, 504 and 506 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali, District Hamirpu, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
