HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Sushil Harkauli, J

Hon'ble Vikram Nath, J

As usual, the order of the Chancellor, refusing to continue in existing affiliation has been passed without assigning reasons. The order of the University does mention some reasons, but those reasons do not take into account the explanation furnished in the various paragraphs of this writ petition.

In the circumstances, the order of the Chancellor dated 5.9.2005 is set aside. Till fresh consideration of the matter, the affiliation granted to the petitioner's institution for the previous academic session will be deemed to continue, but not beyond the current academic session.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
