          Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.

          The petitioner was appointed as Pump Attendant in Nagar Panchayat, Siswa, Bazar, Mahrajganj in 1989.  He was sent on deputation to the District Urban Development Agency, Mahrajganj from 1999 to 22nd December, 2004. Thereafter the petitioner joined his duty in his parent department i.e. Nagar Panchayat Siswa Bazar on 22nd December, 2004. He was dismissed from service by the Chairman Nagar Panchayat, Siswa Bazar, Mahrajganj (respondent no.3) vide order dated 23.2.2005.

The petitioner made a representation to the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Siswa Bazar, District Mahrajganj (respondent no.4) for quashing the termination order dated 23.2.2005 which was quashed by respondent no.4 vide order dated 4.3.2005. It is alleged that this annoyed respondent no.3 and he was not permitted to function, hence the petitioner moved a representation dated 2.8.2005 to the District Magistrate, Mahrajganj, respondent no.2 to restrain the Chairman, Nagar Panchayat, Siswa Bazar, Mahrajganj from interfering in the peaceful working of the petitioner which has remained unactioned till date.

 The only prayer of the counsel for the petitioner at this stage is that a direction may be issued to respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid representation dated 2.8.2005 of the petitioner within a time bound frame fixed by this Court.

          The counsel for the respondents has no objection to this prayer.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 2.8.2005 by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of a certified copy of this order.

The petitioner shall file a certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation before respondent no.2 within 15 days from today.
