1. Petitioner no. 1 is an association of whole seller of potato and other vegetable. It has filed the present writ petition against the notices issued to its member for depositing of Parivartan Shulk/ Labhansh/ Anirman Shulk.
2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner, standing counsel and Sri Ateeq Ahmad for the respondents. According to the petitioner as they are willing to pay free hold charges, they are not liable to pay any Shulk as demanded by respondents.
3. In the circumstances of the case, the members of petitioner no. 1 may file separate representation before respondent no. 2. In case the representations are filed, it may be decided by respondent no.2 by a speaking order, if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of the representations. The petitioners will file a certified copy of this order; necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelope along with their representations. Respondent no.2 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioners.
4. With these directions the writ petition is disposed of.
