Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that according to prosecution version the allegation of impersonation is against the applicant. It is alleged that he was serving as a teacher on the name of his brother. The F.I.R. has been lodged without doing any verification. The applicant is in jail since 23.2.2006.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Maheshwara Nand Mishra involved in Case Crime No. 37 of 2005, under Sections 419,420 I.P.C., Police Station Manchi District Sonebhadra be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
