HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Janardan Sahai, J.

            Learned Standing Counsel who represents respondents prays for and is granted six weeks time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have three weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

     

    Until further orders, the operation of the orders dated 10.12.2004 passed by District Magistrate, Mahrajganj and the order dated 28.2.2006 passed by the Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur shall remain stayed provided the petitioner deposits within a period of six weeks from today half of the amount payable under the impugned orders before  Additional District Magistrate, Mahrajganj. Any amount paid by the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned orders shall be adjusted. In case of default this order shall stand discharged.
