Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the allegation against the applicant is that he was involved in manufacturing bulb and the same were selling in names of Surya and Philips company etc. It is alleged that even according to prosecution version the applicant had made an attempt to commit the offence. He is in jail since 1.3.2005.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Sandeep Kumar involved in Case Crime No. 69 of 2006, under Sections 420,467,468 I.P.C., and 63 Copy Right Act Police Station Shikohabad , District Firozabad be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
