Heard Sri Harish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
There is allegation of demand of dowry and causing injuries to the victim. We are not inclined to interfere in the impugned F.I.R.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 put appearance before the Courts below and make an application for bail in Case Crime No. 119 of 2006 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section ¾ D.P.Act, P.S. Durga Ganj, Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi), then the bail application of petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 shall be disposed of as expeditiously as may be convenient in accordance with law. In case the investigation into the above noted case Crime has not been concluded, the same shall be concluded within a period of three months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of this order but the arrest of the petitioner Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7 (ladies) shall not be effected till then, provided they cooperate with the investigation.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
