Chandrika & Others v. State Of U.P. & Others - CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. 11631 of 2005 RD-AH 7824 (18 April 2006)
Hon'ble Amitava Lala,J.
Leave is granted to file the affidavit of service in course of the day.
We have carefully considered the argument advanced by the learned counsel for the applicants about recalling or modification of the order passed by this Court on 24.11.2005.
Upon considering the same we find that there is no concealment of the fact. However, the petitioners have several grievances which appear to be quasi civil in nature. If the petitioners have any grievance, they can proceed before the appropriate court. Even if they have any grievance against the Investigating Officer, the same can be raised before the appropriate court. This Court is not the forum for considering all questions. Thus, the application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India stands dismissed.
No order is passed as to costs.
However, our order of dismissal will not affect the right of the petitioners to agitate their grievance before the appropriate court .
