After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any reason for review of my judgment dated 14.9.2005.

Review petition is therefore dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for extension of time to vacate, which has expired on 14.3.2006. Petitioner is granted time to vacate till 31.5.2006 provided that in terms of judgment dated 14.9.2005 for the period from 15.3.2006 till 31.5.2006 (two and half months) an amount of Rs. 5000/- is deposited by 30.4.2006 failing which petitioner shall be evicted immediately after 30.4.2006 and the amount mentioned in judgment and order dated 14.9.2005 shall be recovered from the petitioner.
