This writ petition has been filed raising the grievance that against the order of cancellation of the Registration, the petitioner has filed an appeal under Section 57 of the Motor Vehicles, Act 1988 before the respondent no. 3, but the same has not yet been disposed of.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, we dispose of this writ petition requesting the respondent no.3 to dispose of the said appeal expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing a certified copy of the order is filed before him.
