The petitioner's fair price shop licence was  suspended on 19.1.2006. Later on chargesheet was also given  to him on 3.3.2006 and he has also submitted his reply on 18.3.2006 before  respondent no. 1. As it has not been decided,  present writ petition has been filed.

     We have heard counsel for the petitioner and  the Standing Counsel for the respondents.

In the circumstances of the case, it would be appropriate that the petitioner's reply dated 18.3.2005 may be decided  by the concerned  respondent by a reasoned order at an early date,  if possible, within three months  from the date of receipt of certified copy of  this order. The petitioner along with certified copy of  this order will  also file a copy of  her aforesaid  reply, other  necessary  documents and a duly stamped self addressed envelope. The concerned   authority   after taking decision will  communicate the same to the petitioner.

With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
