Amitava Lala,J.-  In view of the exhaustive interim order passed on 09.09.2005 we are of the view except the following order no order is needed to be passed.  We are of the view that the concerned F.I.R. should not be interfered with in the present case, particularly on the basis of the guidelines framed by the Supreme Court in the case as reported in AIR 1992 SC 604 (State of Haryana and others Vs. Ch.Bhajan Lal and others).

However, upon considering the case of the petitioner, we direct that there will be stay of arrest of the petitioner in Case Crime No. 210-A  of 2005 under Sections 406, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Chakeri,     District Kanpur Nagar for a period of four weeks from this date, within which if he appears or produced before the Court concerned, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.

Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of.

No order is passed as to costs.

It is expected that the investigation will be completed preferably within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.
